Terms of service

Last updated 24 July 2026

These are the working terms for engaging Keeper Cuts, operated by Independent Development and Coordination Pty Ltd (ABN 98 656 723 992). A quote or invoice you accept forms the agreement between us, together with this page.

The service

We turn long-form footage you supply into short-form vertical video packs (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with captions and post copy, as described in the pack you order. Scope beyond the listed packs is quoted separately in writing.

Approval before delivery

Every cut passes a human review before it reaches you, and nothing is published by us on your behalf. You hold final approval. One round of revisions per cut is included; further rounds are quoted before we do them.

Turnaround

Turnaround windows are stated per pack and start when we've received your footage and any brand notes. If something will run late, we tell you as soon as we know.

Payment

Payment is by invoice and bank transfer on delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Invoices are due within 7 days. Work on subsequent packs can be paused while an invoice is outstanding.

Your content, your ownership

You keep ownership of your source footage and the delivered edits. You warrant you hold the rights to the footage and any music or brand assets you supply. We may only reference or showcase delivered work with your written permission.

Our tools

We use professional editing tooling, including AI-assisted steps for tasks like reframing and captioning. Every deliverable is finished and checked by a person before you see it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the service is capped at the amount you paid for the pack in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
